Hops: side-to-side feet together
Beginner30 secondsJumping
How to do it
- Stand with your feet pressed together, hands on your hips.
- Keeping your feet glued to each other as one unit, hop side to side over an imaginary line - like a skier working slalom gates.
- Land on the balls of both feet at once, knees bending together to absorb the landing, and bounce straight into the next hop.
- Keeping the feet locked together makes your ankles, knees, and hips work as a single spring, which is exactly the point.
