Toe rolls
Intermediate10 repsNo jumping
How to do it
- Sink into a deep crouch with your feet flat, knees bent all the way and your hands together in front of your face for balance.
- Staying low, roll your weight forward off your heels and up onto the balls of your feet and toes, then roll back down onto flat feet - without rising out of the crouch.
- It looks like fidgeting; it's actually your ankles, calves and feet doing strength work most training never asks of them.
