Step half jacks
Beginner10 repsJumping
How to do it
- Stand with your feet together and your arms relaxed at your sides.
- Step one foot out to the side, then step it back in, and repeat with the other leg.
- Your arms stay down the whole time - all the movement comes from the legs.
- It's half the jack: the footwork without the arm swing or the jump, which makes it the gentlest entry point into the jacks family and an easy way to get the blood moving.
