Side leg raises ( floor )
Beginner10 repsNo jumping
How to do it
- Lie on your side with your legs extended and stacked, propping your head up or resting it on your lower arm.
- Keeping your top leg straight and your toes pointing forward, raise it up as far as your hip allows, then lower it back down without letting it slam onto the bottom leg.
- Your torso should stay completely still - if it rocks backward as the leg goes up, the hip is outsourcing its work.
