Push lunges
Intermediate10 repsNo jumping
How to do it
- Stand tall with your hands up at chest height, palms facing forward.
- Step one leg back into a lunge and, as you sink, push both palms straight out in front of you at shoulder height - arms extending fully as the lunge bottoms out, as though shoving a heavy door shut.
- Drive back up to standing as the hands return to your chest, then step and push on the other side.
- Legs and arms move as one: sink and push, rise and pull.
