Beginner10 repsNo jumping
How to do it
- Start standing with your feet shoulder width apart.
- Hold a barbell across your upper back, similar to the starting position of a squat.
- Keep your back straight and shoulders back.
- This is your starting position.
- Then, keeping your legs and back straight, lean your torso forward from the hips until it is almost parallel to the floor.
- Make sure to keep your back straight throughout the movement to protect your spine.
- Finally, push your hips forward to return to the starting position, keeping the bar stable at all times.
- That would be a repeat.
- Remember, it is important to perform this exercise with a load that allows you to maintain correct technique and control the movement at all times.
