Back kicks ( kneeling )
Beginner10 repsNo jumping
How to do it
- Start kneeling with your forearms on the floor, elbows under your shoulders.
- Draw one knee in toward your chest, then drive the leg straight back and up behind you until it's fully extended, heel pushing away, before pulling the knee back in for the next rep.
- It's a kick, not a lift - the tuck-and-drive rhythm is what separates it from a leg swing.
- Keep your hips square and your back flat, complete your reps, then switch legs.
