How to do it
- Stand in a fighting stance with your guard up and sink into a slight crouch, dropping your rear shoulder.
- Drive up through your legs and rotate your hips as you swing your fist upward in a tight arc, palm facing you, as if punching under an opponent's chin - then bring it straight back to guard and load the other side.
- The power rides an elevator from the floor: legs first, hips second, and the fist just gets to take the credit.
