Shoulder taps ( standing )
Beginner10 repsNo jumping
How to do it
- Stand tall and extend both arms straight up overhead.
- Bend your elbows and bring your fingertips down to tap the tops of your shoulders, then press the arms back up to the full overhead reach.
- Keep your ribs down and your back tall - the arms travel, the torso doesn't.
- Reach for the ceiling like you mean it on every rep; the last few inches of the press are where the shoulders actually clock in.
