Plank step-ins
Intermediate30 secondsLow impact
How to do it
- Start in a push-up position with your hands under your shoulders.
- Step one foot forward toward your hands, then the other, landing in a compact crouch with your knees tucked toward your chest - then step them back out one at a time into the plank.
- Your hands stay planted through the whole cycle and your abs do the folding: step in, crouch, step out, plank, in a smooth controlled rhythm.
