Plank arm raises
Intermediate30 secondsNo jumping
How to do it
- Start in a push-up position with your hands under your shoulders and your body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Shift your weight slightly and raise one arm straight out in front of you, level with your torso, hold for a moment, then plant it back down and raise the other.
- The raise itself is easy - the exercise is everything else: your hips staying square to the floor and your body refusing to tilt while three points hold up what four were carrying.
