Knee rolls
Beginner10 repsNo jumping
How to do it
- Lie on your back with your arms stretched out wide to the sides, palms down, and your knees bent and lifted together.
- Keeping both shoulders pressed into the floor, lower your knees to one side until they reach the floor - or as far as they'll comfortably go - then roll them back up and over to the other side.
- Let the movement be slow and unhurried; the twist through your waist and lower back is the whole point, and it deepens a little with every rep.
