Arm raises
Beginner10 repsNo jumping
How to do it
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart and let your arms hang by your sides.
- Keeping your arms straight, raise them slowly all the way up then lower them back down with the same control.
- Tense your muscles on the way up and on the way down - the tension is what does the work here, not the movement itself.
- This is a slow mindful exercise so no swinging and no flapping.
- Every rep should feel deliberate from start to finish.
