Rowing with bar
Intermediate10 repsNo jumping
How to do it
- Start standing with your feet separated at the width of your shoulders.
- Tilt the torso forward from the hips until it is almost parallel to the ground, keeping your back straight.
- Hold the bar with your hands a little wider than the shoulders, the palms towards you.
- This is your initial position.
- Then, pull the bar towards your chest, keeping the elbows near your body and pressing the shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
- Be sure to keep your back straight throughout the movement to protect the spine.
- Finally, extend your arms to lower the bar back to the initial position.
- That would be a repetition.
- Remember, it is important to perform this exercise with a load that allows you to maintain the correct technique and control the movement at all times.
