Full planche on rings with neutral grip
Advanced30 secondsNo jumping
How to do it
- Start in a support position on the rings with a neutral grip, keeping your arms fully extended, elbows locked, and scapulae protracted.
- Make sure the rings are stable and parallel to each other.
- This is your starting position.
- Lean your body forward, shifting your weight onto your hands while you lift your legs off the ground in a controlled manner.
- Raise up until your entire body is parallel to the ground, forming a straight line from shoulders to feet with a slight posterior pelvic tilt.
- Hold the position for the prescribed time, keeping your elbows locked and the rings under control.
- Finally, gently return to the support position or lower yourself to the ground.
- It is essential to prioritize body alignment and avoid any swinging on the rings during execution.
