Dumbbell tricep kickback
Beginner10 repsNo jumping
How to do it
- Start standing with a dumbbell in one hand.
- Tilt the torso forward from the hips until it is almost parallel to the ground, keeping your back straight.
- Hold the dumbbell with the palm looking towards your body and the elbow flexed at an angle of 90 degrees.
- This is your initial position.
- Then, completely extend your arm until it is parallel to the ground, keeping your elbow in place.
- Be sure to get the triceps at the end of the movement.
- Finally, it slowly returns to the initial position, allowing the elbow to flex again.
- That would be a repetition.
- Remember, it is important to perform this exercise with a load that allows you to maintain the correct technique and control the movement at all times.
